The Community Builder newsletter for Bader Development (formerly Steven Scott Management) was completely redesigned by me, including a fresh logo that incorporates the brand’s signature dot. I revamped the newsletter’s layout to improve readability, creating six distinct sections separated by the company’s colors. This newsletter is designed to inspire property managers with event ideas and simple ways to engage with residents.
In my role, I also created the content for the Community Builder on a monthly basis, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging for property managers. Below are three examples from the July edition of the Community Builder.
